Ashley Ortega, a Filipino actress was born in San Fernando La Union Philippines on the 26th of December, 1998. Ashley Ortega has been a Filipino actor for several years. Alongside being a professional ice skater Sheila also has the ability to perform as if she were a dancer. Renuka Asha Rangeappa is an American lawyer, and ex- FBI agent is currently a senior lecturer and commentator at Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. The actress also has appearances on MSNBC as well as CNN. She was an Associate Dean of Yale Law School. She is a the senior lecturer at Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Asha Rangappa is the assistant dean as well as a senior lecturer at Yale University's Jackson School of Global Affairs and was previously Associate Dean at Yale Law School. Asha had the post of Special Agent at the New York Division FBI for numerous years. She was an expert in counterintelligence. She assessed threats to national security and carried out classified inquiries into suspect foreign agents. As a member of the FBI Asha acquired experience in interrogation and electronic surveillance techniques firearms and the use of deadly force. Asha was awarded the Fulbright scholarship to study constitutional reform in Bogota Columbia following her graduation with distinction from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. Asha earned her law degree at Yale Law School. While there, she was an Coker Fellow on Constitutional Law. She is a lawyer admitted to the New York State Bar, Connecticut and Connecticut. Asha has been a contributor to op-eds and opinion pieces in The New York Times The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post among others and is presently a legal writer for ABC News. She serves on the board of editors for Just Security as well as the Council of Foreign Relations.
